BBVRS Chief Awarded Top Prize By Chesterfield Fire and EMS
CHESTER, Virginia – October 10, 2007 – Bensley-Bermuda Volunteer Rescue Squad Chief Operations Officer Barry Drumheller received the Squad Officer of the Year Award at the Chesterfield Fire and EMS Annual Awards Ceremony last night. The title Squad Officer of the Year is awarded each year to the Chesterfield County leader showing the most positive forward progress, success and innovation in leadership. Chief Drumheller is shown below accepting the award from CFEMS Chief Paul Mauger.

Also winning awards from BBVRS were Captain Bennie Moore, who won a Certificate of Commendation for his tireless work in grant writing on behalf of the Squad, and Deputy Chief Dana Love and Lieutenant William Wyatt for completing their paramedic training.
